The website https://www.MilanoBlueMamaia.ro is a presentation site dedicated to the facilities and information about Milano Blue Mamaia.

Arrival and departure:

  • check-in is done from 16:00.
  • check-out is until 12:00.

Accommodation is made through telephone reservations and is conditional on the presentation of a valid identity document at the time of check-in.

Reservations

  • If you wish to vacate the room earlier than the set departure date, the value of one night's accommodation will be charged.
  • On arrival, the resort tax is paid, which represents 1% of the value of the stay without VAT.
  • We do not offer extra beds.
  • The double room has a capacity of 2 adults and a child with a maximum age of 6 years.
  • The suites have a capacity of 4 adults and a child with a maximum age of 6 years.
  • Cooking is prohibited in rooms or suites.

Please, during your stay:

  • Please note that all rooms are equipped with minibars, not refrigerators. We recommend that you do not put perishable food items in the minibar.
  • Do not disturb the peace of the other tourists staying.
  • Do not damage the furniture and objects in our equipment.
  • Do not take objects that do not belong to you when leaving.
  • Do not leave children unattended; in case of injuries or causing material damage, you are directly liable.
  • We reserve the right to repair faults depending on the delivery time of spare parts, which may take up to 72 hours.
  • Use only the rooms reserved for you; do not enter other rooms or spaces intended for our staff.
  • Do not abuse alcoholic beverages, loud sound, both inside and outside the location, or at times that may disturb other staying tourists.
  • Do not use our towels to wipe freshly dyed hair, remove make-up, clean shoes, suitcases, floors, etc. and especially don't take them to the beach. They are made available to you for personal use only.
  • Do not prepare and eat food in the rooms; the consumption of food is allowed only in spaces intended for public consumption.
  • Do not throw paper, wet wipes and other objects into the toilet bowl that could damage the waste collection system.
  • Dispose of garbage and household waste in the designated areas.
  • The customer is responsible to us for the damage caused and will have to pay the value of the good, as well as the labor, meaning 30 euros/hour. Our liability does not extend to motor vehicles or their cargo

They differ depending on the type of room chosen and the number of people.

Cash payment (RON), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), bank transfer and holiday vouchers are accepted.

Other clauses:

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or inside the building. An exception is made for smokers, who can smoke on the balcony if the chosen room has this facility.

The building and public spaces are monitored by video system. We do not accept responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items within the premises of the building, restaurant and bar.

Milano Blue Mamaia does not provide free parking spaces. However, there are parking facilities nearby available for a fee.

The general rule is that people accompanied by animals and birds are not allowed to stay in the building. In exceptional cases and only with the consent of the building administration, exceptions can be made.

Access to your room is allowed only for people registered at check-in. Guests who have not been previously registered are not allowed to enter your room.

We will never use your personal data without your prior consent.

The customer is responsible for damage to other customers or to staff, buildings, furniture and equipment. Our liability does not extend to motor vehicles or their cargo.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to intoxicated, rude or turbulent customers who, by their attitude, damage our image or disturb other customers.
